MeetGrade — Setup & Usage Guide (Zoom)

MeetGrade adds AI quality scoring and coaching to your Zoom meetings. After you connect Zoom once, our visible bot "MeetGrade Recorder" joins the meetings you host as a visible participant; once you approve recording in the meeting, it records and transcribes the call and scores it 0–100 against your own checklist — no calendar setup and no links to paste.

1. Adding the app (connect Zoom)

Open app.meetgrade.com and sign in (or install MeetGrade from the Zoom Marketplace link your team received).
Go to My Profile → 🔗 My Zoom.
Click "Connect Zoom" and authorize the app on Zoom's OAuth screen.
One-time Zoom setting: at zoom.us → Settings → Recording, turn on Local Recording and "Hosts and co-hosts can give participants permission to record" — this lets you approve the bot's recording.

2. Using the app

When you start a meeting you host, the "MeetGrade Recorder" bot joins as a visible participant and posts a chat message disclosing that recording is in progress.
Zoom asks you (the host) to allow the bot to record — click "Allow" once. Recording then starts. We never record without your in-meeting approval.
The call is recorded, transcribed, and scored 0–100 against your criteria.
Open the MeetGrade dashboard to see scores, top mistakes, personalized coaching and team leaderboards.
Phone calls (via your telephony provider) are analyzed too — the bot is only for Zoom meetings.

No calendar integration and no meeting links are required — joining is triggered automatically by Zoom's meeting.started event for meetings you host.

3. Removing the app

You can disconnect at any time, two ways:

From MeetGrade: My Profile → 🔗 My Zoom → 🔌 Disconnect Zoom. Your OAuth tokens are revoked immediately.
From Zoom: marketplace.zoom.us → Manage → Added Apps → find MeetGrade → Remove. Zoom notifies us and we delete your tokens automatically.

What happens after removal: the bot stops joining your meetings and no new calls are recorded or analyzed. Your Zoom-derived data (recordings and transcripts) is deleted automatically; recordings are in any case auto-deleted from EU storage after 30 days. To erase everything immediately, use "Delete my data" below.

4. Deleting your data

To permanently delete all your data: My Profile → 🔗 My Zoom → 🗑 Delete my data, or email hello@meetgrade.com. We complete requests within 30 days (GDPR).

2. Як користуватись

Коли ви стартуєте свою зустріч, бот «MeetGrade Recorder» заходить як видимий учасник і публікує в чат повідомлення про запис.
Zoom запитує вас (хоста) дозволити боту запис — натисніть «Allow» один раз. Запис стартує. Без вашого дозволу в зустрічі ми не записуємо.
Дзвінок записується, транскрибується й оцінюється 0–100 за вашими критеріями.
У дашборді MeetGrade — оцінки, топ-помилки, персональний коучинг і командні лідерборди.
Телефонні дзвінки (через вашу телефонію) теж аналізуються — бот лише для Zoom-зустрічей.

Календарна інтеграція й лінки не потрібні — захід запускається автоматично подією Zoom meeting.started для зустрічей, які ви проводите.

3. Як видалити апку

Відключити можна будь-коли, двома способами:

У MeetGrade: Мій профіль → 🔗 Мій Zoom → 🔌 Відключити Zoom. OAuth-токени відкликаються миттєво.
У Zoom: marketplace.zoom.us → Manage → Added Apps → знайдіть MeetGrade → Remove. Zoom повідомляє нас, і ми видаляємо ваші токени автоматично.

Що відбувається після видалення: бот перестає заходити у ваші зустрічі, нові дзвінки не записуються й не аналізуються. Ваші Zoom-похідні дані (записи й транскрипти) видаляються автоматично; записи у будь-якому разі авто-видаляються зі сховища ЄС через 30 днів. Щоб стерти все одразу — скористайтесь «Видалити мої дані» нижче.

4. Як видалити свої дані

Щоб назавжди видалити всі дані: Мій профіль → 🔗 Мій Zoom → 🗑 Видалити мої дані, або напишіть на hello@meetgrade.com. Виконуємо протягом 30 днів (GDPR).
