MeetGrade handles your most sensitive conversations. Here's exactly how we protect them — stated plainly, with no fine print.
Encryption
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Your call data is stored on EU-hosted infrastructure.
Your data is yours
Your call data belongs to you. We do not train AI models on your data — our AI subprocessors process it transiently, only to produce your results.
Hosting & GDPR
MeetGrade is EU-hosted (Railway, eu-west) and GDPR-aligned. The app provides in-app data export and deletion endpoints, so you stay in control.
Access control
Sign in with Google OAuth. Access is role-based (admin, lead, viewer), and each team's data is isolated from every other team (multi-tenant).
Recording is always disclosed
MeetGrade never records silently. A visible bot joins the meeting as a participant and discloses in the chat that recording is in progress — so everyone on the call knows.
Subprocessors
We're transparent about every third party that may process your data on our behalf.
