About MeetGrade

MeetGrade is AI call quality analysis and coaching. We score every call against your own standard and help each rep improve — so the people behind it matter. Here's who we are and what we believe.

What is MeetGrade?

MeetGrade records Zoom, Google Meet and phone calls, transcribes them, and scores each call from 0 to 100 against the checklist your team already uses. Instead of a manager spot-checking a handful of calls, every conversation is reviewed against the same standard. From those scores, each rep gets a personalized coaching plan: where they're strong, where they lose points, and what to do next.

What MeetGrade does
  • Records Zoom, Google Meet and phone calls, with recording always disclosed in-call.
  • Scores 100% of calls 0–100 against your team's own checklist — not a 5% sample.
  • Builds a personalized coaching plan for each rep from their real calls.
  • Adds evidence-based interview and candidate analysis as decision-support for hiring.

It's built for sales and customer-facing teams who want a consistent read on call quality without spending hours listening to recordings — and for founders and team leads who want to know that coaching is based on what actually happened on the call.

Score every call, not a sample

Most quality review is a 5% sample, scored from memory, with the recency bias that comes with it. We think that's backwards. When you score 100% of calls against the same defined checklist, the numbers become comparable and fair: a rep is measured on observable behaviors — did they confirm a next step, ask qualifying questions, address the stated objection — not on which call a manager happened to listen to. That's the core idea of MeetGrade: objective, evidence-based, and applied to everyone equally.

We hold ourselves to the same standard. We've analyzed 4,098 real sales calls and published the benchmarks — including the uncomfortable finding that the average quality was 43.5 out of 100. We'd rather show the data than make claims.

Where we draw the line on interview analysis

MeetGrade also analyzes interviews — but as decision-support, with a human making the final call. It does not detect lies, and it does not read emotions from faces. Those methods are not scientifically reliable, and the EU AI Act restricts emotion recognition in the workplace. Instead, the analysis stays on verbal content: how specific and consistent an answer is, whether it holds together, how clearly a candidate communicates. The hiring decision is always made by a person.

Security and where your data lives

MeetGrade handles sensitive conversations, so the platform is EU-hosted and GDPR-aligned, traffic is encrypted in transit, and recording is always disclosed in-call — a visible bot joins the meeting, never a silent one. You can read the full security details on our trust page.

How pricing works

MeetGrade is pay-as-you-go, starting from $0.01 per minute. Recording, transcription and analysis are each $0.01 per minute, so you pay for what you actually run — no seats to buy upfront.

Who's behind MeetGrade

MeetGrade is built and operated by Oleksii Dudchenko, a sole proprietor. It started in Ukraine and serves teams in Ukraine and internationally. The product is shaped by working with real sales teams and by the data those calls produce — not by a marketing roadmap. If you want to talk to the person behind it, that's the same person who answers the email below.
