Accessibility
We want MeetGrade to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement explains where we stand today — honestly — and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time box to tick, and we factor it into how we design and build the product.
Conformance status
MeetGrade is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the product do not yet fully meet the standard. We do not claim that MeetGrade is fully accessible, and known limitations may exist — for example, in complex interactive areas of the dashboard or in newer features that haven't yet been fully reviewed. As we find and fix issues, this status improves.
Standards we reference
In addition to WCAG 2.1 level AA, we reference EN 301 549, the harmonized European standard for ICT accessibility, which incorporates WCAG 2.1 level AA for web content. We also follow the direction of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which points to these same requirements. We use these as the benchmark we work toward.
Feedback and getting help
If you run into an accessibility barrier in MeetGrade, please tell us. Describe the problem, the page or feature where it happened, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you can — it helps us reproduce and fix it faster.
Email us at hello@meetgrade.com. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and will work with you on a resolution or a reasonable alternative way to get the information or function you need.
