MeetGrade for sales managers
You can't listen to every call, so you spot-check a few and coach on what you remember. MeetGrade scores all of them against your checklist — so your coaching is based on what actually happened, for every rep.
The problem you already know
Quality review for most sales teams is a sampling exercise. A manager listens to a handful of calls a week, scores them from memory, and hopes the rest of the floor sounds the same. It rarely does — and the data backs that up.
You judge a whole team on a 3% sample, and the calls you don't hear are the ones costing deals.
“Be more confident” isn't a plan. Without a per-criterion read, feedback is vibes, not behavior.
You can't see who's slipping until the pipeline tells you — by which point the quarter is half gone.
Your week, before and after
- •Block an hour to listen to 3–4 calls, take notes, lose the thread.
- •Coach from memory, the same general advice to everyone.
- •Find out a rep was fumbling objections only when their deals stall.
- •Defend a leaderboard nobody trusts because it's based on who you heard.
- ▸Open the dashboard: every call from yesterday is already scored.
- ▸See exactly which criterion each rep loses points on, with the quote.
- ▸Hand each rep a coaching plan built from their own calls.
- ▸Stand behind a leaderboard everyone can see is scored the same way.
What you get
Every Zoom, Meet and phone call is scored 0–100 against your checklist — not a sample.
Each criterion gets its own score and a quote from the call, so the read is defensible.
Each rep gets a plan from their real calls: top strength, biggest gap, next step.
Rank the team on the same scored standard — recognition that actually holds up.
As patterns emerge across calls, MeetGrade suggests where your checklist is missing something.
Skip the manual listening pass. Spend the time on the two reps who actually need you.
What 4,098 calls revealed
When MeetGrade scored 4,098 real sales calls, the average came in at 43.5 out of 100 and 44% of calls scored below 40. The sharpest finding: reps listened to objections well — 93 out of 100 — but handled them at just 15 out of 100. That gap is invisible in a 3-call spot-check, and it's exactly the kind of pattern a manager can coach against once it's measured on every call.
