Build MeetGrade with us
MeetGrade scores 100% of sales calls against a team's own checklist and turns that into coaching. It's early-stage and built in the open. We're honest about the stage: this isn't a big careers funnel — it's an invitation to a few people who want to build from the ground floor.

The mission is simple: make call quality observable and fair, so every rep is coached on what actually happened — not on the 5% of calls someone had time to listen to. We score 100% of calls against the team's own standard and turn the gaps into a coaching plan.
We'll be straight with you about the stage. MeetGrade is early-stage and bootstrapped — small by design, built in the open, with real teams using it on real calls today. There is no big team, no layers, no HR department. That's exactly why joining early is interesting: the work is close to the product and the impact is direct.
Why join this early
Joining at the ground floor means your fingerprints are on the product. You'd ship fast, talk to users directly, and own real surface area instead of a sliver of it. The trade-off is real too — it's early, scrappy, and you wear several hats. If that sounds like a cost rather than a draw, this probably isn't the right fit, and that's fine.
Own a whole area, not a ticket queue. Decisions are close by.
Short path from idea to production. No committees between you and users.
Shape the product and how the team works, while both are still forming.
Roles we'd love to talk about
These aren't formal openings with a start date — they're the shapes of people who'd make the biggest difference right now. If one of them sounds like you, write to us and tell us what you'd want to own. We'd rather start a real conversation than post a long requirements list.
The core pipeline end to end: recording Zoom, Google Meet and phone calls, transcription, and scoring 100% of them against a checklist. You'd care about reliability on real customer data, keep the system honest under load, and ship features people use the same week. Comfortable across the backend and a pragmatic front end, and happy owning a feature from idea to production.
How MeetGrade reaches teams and earns their trust: talking to sales leads and founders, running honest demos on their own calls, and turning what they say into how we position the product. You'd own the early go-to-market end to end — outreach, onboarding the first customers well, and feeding what you hear straight back into the roadmap. A plus if you've sold to sales teams before and like being close to the product.
Not one of these exactly? If you're great at something MeetGrade clearly needs — and you can show it — write anyway. We'd rather meet the right person than fill a title.
Who you'd work with
MeetGrade is built and operated by Oleksii Dudchenko, a sole proprietor. Early on, you'd work with him directly — no layers in between. The way the work goes is the way the product is built: decisions are made from data and real calls rather than a marketing roadmap, recording is always disclosed, and we're careful about where AI should and shouldn't be trusted (the interview analysis is decision-support, never lie detection). Expect candor, short feedback loops, and remote-friendly, async-first work.
What we can honestly offer
No inflated perks list — just what's real at this stage.
For a true founding role, a real ownership stake is something we'd discuss openly — not a vague promise.
You own outcomes and decide how to get there. Few meetings, little process.
Remote-friendly and async-first, working across Ukraine and international time zones.
What you build reaches real users quickly — not a backlog that never goes live.
How to reach us
There's no application form and no automated tracker — just email. Tell us who you are, what you'd want to own, and one thing you've built or done that you're proud of. A link is worth more than a résumé. It goes straight to the founder, and a real person reads it.
