From those scores it builds a personalized coaching plan for each rep, and it adds evidence-based interview and candidate analysis as decision-support, with a person making the final hiring call. MeetGrade is pay-as-you-go from $0.01 per minute, EU-hosted and GDPR-aligned, with recording always disclosed in-call. Founder bio
Oleksii Dudchenko is the founder and operator of MeetGrade, which he builds as a sole proprietor. He started the product in Ukraine after working with real sales teams and seeing how little of their call quality was ever actually reviewed. MeetGrade is shaped by that work and by the data those calls produce — not by a marketing roadmap. He is the person who answers the media contact below.
