Pricing questions
What counts as a minute?+
A minute is one minute of call audio that MeetGrade actually processes, rounded per call. Recording, transcription and analysis are billed separately, so a minute that is only transcribed and analyzed — like a pre-recorded phone call — is not also billed for recording.
How much does $0.01 per minute actually cost me?+
Each layer — record, transcribe, analyze — is $0.01 per minute, so the full pipeline is $0.03 per minute. A 30-minute call run through the full pipeline is $0.90. Around 100 calls of that length in a month is about $90. You only pay for the minutes you actually run.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. You can sign up and start grading with your free minutes without entering a card. You only add a payment method when you decide to keep going past the free minutes.
What are the free minutes?+
Every new account starts with a batch of free minutes so you can record, transcribe and analyze real calls and see the scoring on your own data before paying anything. No card is required to use them.
Are there minimums or contracts?+
No. There is no minimum spend, no seat minimums and no annual contract. MeetGrade is pay-as-you-go: if you run no calls in a month, you pay nothing for that month.
How does billing and spend control work?+
MeetGrade works from a prepaid balance. You top up, and each call you record, transcribe or analyze draws down from that balance at $0.01 per minute per layer, so your spend can never exceed what you have added. You can see your balance and usage at any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?+
There are no plan tiers to move between. You simply run more or fewer calls, and your cost follows your usage. For higher volumes, contact us about volume pricing for teams.
How do I cancel?+
There is nothing to cancel in the usual sense — without a subscription, you stop being billed the moment you stop running calls. You can stop at any time, and there is no lock-in or exit fee.
What is your refund policy?+
If something goes wrong on our side — for example a call fails to process — reach out to hello@meetgrade.com and we will make it right. Because billing is metered per minute, you are only ever charged for calls that were actually processed.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Payment runs through a third-party payment provider over an encrypted connection. For current accepted methods or to arrange invoicing for a team, contact hello@meetgrade.com.
Do you train AI on my calls?+
No. We do not train any AI models on your calls. MeetGrade is EU-hosted and GDPR-aligned, recording is always disclosed in-call, and your conversations are used only to produce your scores and coaching.
Do you offer volume or enterprise pricing?+
Yes. For teams running a high volume of calls there is volume pricing. Email hello@meetgrade.com with a rough sense of your monthly minutes and we will work out the details.
