Subprocessors
To run MeetGrade, we rely on a small set of trusted third-party services. This page lists every subprocessor that may process your data, what it's used for, where it sits, and the data it handles. We keep it current and public.
What a subprocessor is
A subprocessor is a third party we engage to help process customer data on our behalf — for example, to transcribe a call, analyze a transcript, or store an encrypted recording. We share the minimum data each service needs to do its job, and only for that purpose. We don't sell your data, and none of these services use it to train their own models on your content.

Your Zoom, Google Meet and telephony accounts are data sources that you connect and control. They are not MeetGrade subprocessors — we receive call data from them only because you've connected them and authorized recording. Their handling of your data is governed by your own agreements with those providers.
International transfers
Some of our subprocessors are based in the United States. Where customer data is transferred from the EU to a US-based subprocessor, those transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) — the data-protection mechanism the European Commission provides for international transfers. Customer data is encrypted at rest in the EU, and recordings and files are stored in the EU.
Changes to this list
We update this list as our subprocessors change. If you'd like to be notified before a new subprocessor is added, email hello@meetgrade.com and we'll add you to the notification list.
